This page sets out the limits of what PayalCab promises through payal.cab. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
The fare shown when you book covers the base fare for the cab type and route you selected, plus GST. Toll tax, state or border tax, parking charges and any permit fees are charged on actuals and are payable in addition. Night charges and driver allowance may apply on some routes and are shown before you confirm.
A fare can change if the trip itself changes - a different pickup or drop point, extra stops, a longer wait, or more kilometres than the route you booked. Where that happens we tell you before the extra is charged wherever it is practical to do so.
Distances and journey times on route pages are estimates, given to help you plan. Real journeys vary with traffic, weather, road works, diversions, and the number and length of stops. They are not a guarantee of arrival time. Please allow a sensible margin when you are booking for a flight, a train or any other fixed commitment.
Cabs are provided by drivers and operators we work with. The vehicle image shown against a cab type is indicative of the class of vehicle - the exact model, colour and year may differ. We take reasonable care in choosing the operators we work with, but we are not responsible for the personal conduct of a driver beyond our duty to act on complaints. If something goes wrong on a trip, please tell us through our grievance process and we will deal with it.
We work to keep route information, fares and other content on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything is free of error or always up to date. Content may be changed at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is travel, legal, financial or safety advice.
We do not promise that the website will always be available or uninterrupted. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control.
Where we link to a website we do not run, the link is for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes or bandhs, riots, accidents, vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, floods, road or highway closures, government or police orders, and failures of telecommunications or power.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights or trains, lost business or lost opportunity.
