PayalCab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone using payal.cab to do the same. This policy explains how to tell us about material on our website that you believe infringes your copyright, and what we do when you do.

1. Our content

Unless we say otherwise, the text, page layouts, route descriptions, fare tables and the PayalCab name and logo on this website belong to PayalCab. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse them for a commercial purpose without our written permission. You are welcome to link to our pages.

2. Telling us about an infringement

If you own the copyright in material that appears on payal.cab without your permission, send a written notice to the contact below. To let us act quickly, please include all of the following:

  1. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  2. A clear description of the work you say has been copied - for example the photograph, article or artwork, with a link to where the original appears.
  3. The exact URL on payal.cab where the material appears, so we can find it.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

An incomplete notice may delay us, because we may have to come back to you for the missing details.

3. What we do next

We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within 2 working days and to resolve it within 15 working days. Where a claim looks valid, we normally remove or disable access to the material while we look into it. Removing material while we investigate is not an admission that the claim is correct.

4. If you think we removed something wrongly

If material you posted or supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you had the right to use it, write to us at the address below with your contact details, identification of what was removed and where it appeared, and an explanation of why you believe you are entitled to use it. If we are satisfied, we will restore it.

5. Repeat infringers

We may refuse service to, or remove content from, anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others.
