Navi Mumbai airport cab to or from NMI near Ulwe: a fixed fare for the whole car from Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Thane, Mumbai or Pune. Pay by UPI or cash.
Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMI) sits near Ulwe and Panvel, on the mainland side of the harbour, and for travellers in Navi Mumbai, Panvel and beyond it is the nearer of the region's two airports. A Navi Mumbai airport taxi from PayalCab gets you there from Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Thane, Mumbai or Pune, and picks you up when you land. You see the fare for the whole car before you book, and the driver and car details come by SMS before pickup.
The two airports are far apart, and a cab booked to the wrong one is an expensive mistake on the day you fly. Look at the airport code on your ticket: NMI means Navi Mumbai, while BOM means the airport at Santacruz and Sahar. Choose the matching airport when you book. If your ticket says BOM, our Mumbai airport taxi page is the one you need.
From Kharghar, Belapur, Ulwe, Kamothe or Panvel, the airport is a short drive, and from Vashi or Nerul it is a little longer. Short does not mean predictable, though. Market areas and busy junctions around Panvel and Kharghar can hold you up at peak times, so keep a buffer even for a nearby pickup.
From Thane, the drive comes down through Navi Mumbai, either along the Thane–Belapur road or via Mumbra and Shil Phata. Both carry heavy office and industrial traffic on weekdays, so allow more time on weekday mornings and evenings than the distance alone suggests.
From the city, NMI is roughly 35–45 km depending on where you start. From South Mumbai, the Atal Setu sea bridge from Sewri comes down on the Navi Mumbai side close to Ulwe and is often the most direct way. It is a tolled road, and whether toll is included is shown in your fare breakdown. From the western suburbs, the drive crosses the city first, so the time can vary a great deal with traffic.
Navi Mumbai is about 120 km from Pune, and the airport lies close to the Mumbai end of the Mumbai–Pune Expressway, so travellers from Pune never need to enter Mumbai. The expressway still gets busy on weekends and around holidays, so for a morning flight, set off early enough that a slow ghat does not eat into your margin. Mention the airport code and your flight time in the notes so the pickup is planned with room to spare.
For an arrival, set the pickup time to your scheduled landing and add the flight number in the booking notes. The SMS with the driver and car details arrives before pickup. Once you have your bags, call or message the driver and follow the airport signs to where private cars pick up. If your flight runs late or is diverted, call or WhatsApp us on +91 70965 05911 so we can change the plan with the driver.
Choose the airport option on the booking form, enter the date, the time and your mobile number, then compare the cars and their fixed fares. After you confirm your number with a 4-digit SMS code, add the pickup address and notes, such as your flight number and number of bags, and pay online by UPI or choose to pay cash to the driver. You then get your booking confirmation.
The fare covers the whole car, with 5% GST added at checkout, and the fare breakdown shows whether toll and parking are included before you pay. If you would rather talk it through, call or WhatsApp us on +91 70965 05911, email info@payal.cab, or find our office details on the contact page.
